Back due to popular demand!
In this second instalment of LPLC’s ‘Conveyancing series’, we will follow on from our 'Building a better section 32 statement' seminar/webinar by looking at contracts of sale.
This 90-minute online and interactive session will focus in depth on the more problematic requirements for standard contracts of sale and explore the nature of claims that arise when you don’t get it right.
Useful tips will be provided to help you fine-tune your precedent contract of sale, to have the best chance of getting it right - and avoiding a claim.
Please note, webinar details will be provided once the registration process has been completed.
