‘Basics for new firms’ is a 90-minute in-person workshop, for practitioners to review legal practice management fundamentals. It is suitable for practitioners setting up a new firm, or firms established in the last few years. 

This workshop raises and discusses the issues you face when setting up and managing a firm. It is relevant if you are a sole operator, or a larger practice employing staff.

You will have access to an experienced practice manager who will share their knowledge, provide an array of resources for future reference, and answer your questions.

  • ‘Basics for new firms’ workshops are free to Victorian legal practitioners. 

  • 1.5 CPD Practice Management and Business Skills.

  • Same program will run on different dates, throughout the year.

  • Limited to small groups per session.
