Description

Join us for a discussion on Victoria's latest changes in property tax law, as we navigate the transition from stamp duty to an annual property tax for commercial and industrial properties in Victoria.

These changes will be applied on an individual property basis, having regard to transactions in respect of commercial and industrial properties, from 1 July 2024.

The webinar will include time to ask questions and discuss some practical suggestions to help manage the changes.
