Jennie Pakula is Principal of The Lawyer’s Friend, a boutique firm that helps lawyers and legal tech providers navigate their regulatory obligations. With 29 years of experience working in legal service regulation, Jennie has a wide breadth of experience advising on ethics, use of generative AI, complaint handling, policy development and many other regulatory activities.
Dr Fabian Horton is a risk manager at LPLC with over 20 years of experience spanning both litigious and transactional practice areas. He is a recognised expert in cybersecurity and technology law.
