Practice Management Essentials

This in-person two-hour workshop focusses on the key aspects of legal firm practice management to set up and manage a legal firm. 

Participants will gain a structured approach and understanding of the important things to focus on to build effective proactive practice management into their legal work and firms. It will include a component on legal technology and the efficient and safe use of technology to do legal work. 

Whether you are a sole operator or a larger practice employing staff, Practice Management Essentials is a must for practitioners seeking to review practice management fundamentals and cultivate a high-performance workforce. 

- Practice Management Essentials workshops run for two-hours 

- $55.00 per person, inc. GST 

- 2 CPD - Practice Management and Business Skills, with a CPD certificate provided on completion of workshop

- Direct access to an experienced practice manager and cyberlawyer 

- Limited to small groups per session, light refreshments will be provided
