Speaker Bio:
Laura Racky is a Melbourne-based commercial solicitor and founder of ll.gold, a commercial law firm she has led for nearly a decade.
Laura's work spans all commercial work including leasing and business sales and acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Commercial Law from Monash University, and brings governance credentials including GAICD and fellowship with the Governance Institute of Australia.
Her background in insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation means she has a good eye for avoiding pitfalls and traps when working with clients on commercial transactions.
Laura is also Chairman of the Board of not-for-profit Big Group Hug and co-hosts the Let's Just Start podcast.
