Conveyancing seminar

Did you know that the requirements for the use of the standard contract of sale of real estate in Victoria have changed? It’s a timely reminder of the need to regularly review precedents - like contracts of sale.

Description

Conveyancing series  |  Contract of sale tune up

Requirements for use of the standard contract of sale of real estate in Victoria have now changed.

Expanding on our Dec 2018 seminar, 'Building a better section 32 statement', in this next session we look in depth at the effects of the change to requirements for standard contracts of sale, and the nature of claims arising from contracts of sale.

Useful tips will be given to fine tune your precedent contract of sale to have the best chance of getting it right, and avoid a claim.
