Expanding on our 'Building a better section 32 statement' seminar, in this session we will look in depth at the effects of the change to requirements for standard contracts of sale, and the nature of claims arising from contracts of sale. 

Useful tips will be given to fine tune your precedent contract of sale to have the best chance of getting it right, and avoid a claim.
